ir. Daphnée Chouchena - Partner
Professional Experience
Daphnée started her career as a consultant at A.T. Kearney, an international Management Consulting firm. She worked mostly on international strategy implementation projects and organizational change. After leaving A.T. Kearney, she became partner and co-owner of a small Dutch based consulting company, focusing on leadership development of boards in the public and semi-public sector. She was one of the two directors of this firm for 7 years.
In 2006 she joined Hay Group as a senior consultant in the Business Development team. In her role she combined strategy & structures with people development. The last two years Daphnée was responsible for Business Development in Health Care. Since 2010 Daphnée has her own coaching and consulting company. She is a partner at Y-company.
Over the years Daphnée is specialized in building effective leadership teams. She believes that the true potential of a leadership team can only be realized when there is clarity and connectedness in the team. Clarity on strategy, goals, responsibilities and decision making. Important conditions of team success are shared team purpose, values and roles, and constructive interaction between team members. In the past Daphnée has worked for clients such as KPN, RTL and Royal Haskoning.
Daphnee has an international background, growing up in different countries, within different cultural settings. She has worked for international clients. She mixes her analytical skills as an engineer with a intuitive approach. She is fascinated by people and how their behavior contributes to making organizations successful.
