Professional Experience

Annemiek started her HR-career in the staffing and hospitality industry, after completion of her studies (Master Organizational Psychology, '92). Since 1997 she has been working as an ad interim HR-professional & Recruiter. Talent Management. Attracting, selecting, developing and retaining talent, is a key theme in her work. Annemiek completed many projects in a variety of organizations, such as KLM, Technische Unie, Danone, VARA, Essent, RTL.
Since 2003 she also embraced career coaching, and trained to be a professional (career) coach. Annemiek coaches individuals to explore and discover their drives, passions and talents, and to express them in their work and life. Motto: "What you do comes from who you are". Her style combines different approaches, always attuned to the individual and focused on results.
