Team Effectiveness
Leading an organization calls for an optimal interaction between the leader and his/her team. Although the quality of the individual team members is an important condition, in the end it is the quality of the team as a unit that determines the success of an organization. Successful teams pay attention to both “hard” and “soft” aspects. Hard aspects are for example: a clear and compelling vision, concrete business results, explicit rules on decision making, roles and accountabilities. Soft aspects are: the individual behavior of team members, group dynamics and the quality of their relationships. In our team effectiveness approach we combine the hard and soft aspects, supporting teams to fundamentally increase their effectiveness, therefore producing improved results.
